Please read the information below carefully, as changes to postal services cannot be made after an order is placed. By placing an order you are agreeing with the terms below.

U.K.

Orders under 1 kg  -  Royal Mail  1st Class: £1.00   2nd Class FREE

Orders over 1 kg  -  Royal Mail     1st Class: £1.00  2nd Class FREE

 

When placing an order from outside the UK you may be charged Import Tax, VAT & Handling Fees by your own country. These charges are not included in our prices and are not paid to London House Yarns.

Europe

International Tracked:  £8.00 - up to 1.5kgs

With end to end tracking and insurance. Delivered in 3-10 Days.

Everywhere Else

International Tracked:  Zone 1 ~ £11.00     Zone 2 & 3 ~ £12  - up to 1.5kgs

With end to end tracking and insurance. Delivered in 3-10 Days.

• Customers who choose to use international standard delivery do so at their own risk, We are NOT able to offer compensation should something happen to your parcel. By placing an order you are agreeing with these terms.
• Parcels sent with tracking may require a signature on delivery (depending on destination) 
• In stock items will ship within 1-3 Working days of cleared payment
• Pre-Orders items will ship within 2-4 weeks of cleared payment
• Dyed to Order items will ship within 3-6 weeks of cleared payment
• International orders can sometimes take a few weeks to arrive.

Returns

Please contact me contact@londonhouseyarns.co.uk if you wish to cancel or return your order. 

You may return an item within 30 days of delivery provided it is unused and in it's original packaging. You are responsible for return delivery costs, please use a tracked service and obtain proof of postage.

Items returned from outside the EU must be clearly marked "Returned Merchandise" & "Returning to Country of Origin".

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of the item(s) being returned to me in the original condition. Postage will only be refunded if I am at fault.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL:

You have the right to cancel your order at any point up until you receive your dispatch notice, this does not apply to custom order items.
